Gugu Room is an Asian American cocktail bar in the Lower East Side, New York, blending the vibrant flavors of traditional Asian cuisine into a variety of inventive dishes. It’s best known for its contemporary cocktails, mouthwatering yakitori, and creative rice bowls-along with raw bar selections and an impressive liquor collection.

Amazing lowkey Filipino place! The food is innovative but respects the tradition, bringing in a Hibachi style approach to the the Filipino cuisine. We went there with a group of 6 and ordered several dishes to share -- as one should. Each one of us got a drink too and still the bill was not obnoxiously high. So, definitely worth it.
Everything here is Awesome!!! Nine of my friends and I had the Kamayan dinner. The food and presentation were excellent! Kudos to the chefs! We had the pansit, adobo ribs, fried pompano, beef skewers, ensalada, lechon porchetta, snow crabs, lumpia, garlic rice. Vanessa and Cece were Phenomenal!! The cocktails were so good...I lost count how many I had of the Rizal Highball. Everyone loved the Kalamansi Margaritas too. Really awesome experience here!! My favorite part is that everyone gets to take home some baon...love it! A++++! Thank you, Gugu Room and team! Galing!
